UPDATE - They were so responsive to my review and are back to their 5 star ways. I recco this app to all my NYC co-workers because of how helpful it is. Such a time saver! Also, they responded to my email and got the app working again for me. Even did it while on the phone with me to make sure it worked and took evidence for my current ticket so they could fight it better for me. Great customer service 👍

I keep having to verify my number over and over again. It searches for tickets endlessly and when I finally got in, it didn’t let me submit evidence for why I shouldn’t have gotten the ticket. I’m hoping the app people see this and help me right away cause my evidence is crucial to that ticket. Used to love this app. Not sure what’s happening.

Was skeptical but it was a great experience.
I was in New York City for a sales event and got pulled over for a moving violation about four years ago. I was worried that I would have trouble answering a court summons as I am from out of state. A friend of mine recommended WinIt. I was skeptical because there is very little communication with the lawyer you select through the app, but the whole process is very straightforward. Many years later, and a pandemic, the case finally went to court and the lawyer assigned to me was able to get it dismissed. very happy with the whole process.

Dismissed!
Okay soooo first time with WinIt and i can say only great things. The customer service was the best, they got back via txt or email within a timely manner. Also got my speeding ticket dismissed! Nothing needed from me, just my ticket number, DL and or picture of my ticket. I would say it took a while to get the ticket to get dismissed due to court dates being so far out. The job was done though, you also get to be in direct contact with the Attorney representing you in court. I was skeptical at first because of the cost of this service being half of other ticket fixing companies, but i though it was worth a shot. I am one satisfied customer and will continue to recommend WinIt to those i know who have traffic ticket issues.
