  • Please fix. Was a 5-star app.

    Has been the best, most useful, and easiest to use navigation app available. Lately, however, it has become very buggy. It seems to have started when they were bought out by Google. Perhaps they are just getting rid of the competition by abandoning it, because it has problems running on Apple Car Play. 1/2 of the time the map shows, but won’t show a route, you can’t interact with it on the car’s touch screen display, and it won’t go into dark mode. Sometimes it’s just a blank screen until you shut the car off and restart it. I don’t want to use Google Maps or even Apple Maps, but often, I don’t have a choice because Waze won’t work. Update: Just as soon as it started working again, they updated and totally ruined the app. Don't know why developers destroy apps with updates that completely change it. With this update, they have pretty much eliminated users reporting incidents, police, objects on road, etc. Because now, instead of two screen taps to report, it now takes at least three and sometimes four. which is not safe to do while driving. I'm not reporting anymore because they have made it more time consuming and cumbersome. I know many users will also stop because of this, which eliminates the feature that set Waze apart from Google or Apple maps.
    They also got rid of the on screen speed limit signs, which is another negative change making the app not worth using anymore.

  • MAGNIFICENT HELPFUL SOLUTION

    Most finding apps are somehow easy to use and 100% discreet. If you could have access to your partner’s device on your own, you’ll be surprised how technology has evolved and as well grown. You could find out for sure if they’re cheating and with who, where your partner go and do often when they’re not with you, you can follow up their activities, get details with their current location and histories as well. Before then, I was contemplating and wondering how to spy, track and locate my husband’s device because he has been keeping secrets and then cheating as well. But then luckily, I came across a genius and verified standard investigator named Ryan from The Rapid Hacks from a friend at work. I hired and contacted him on his Google mail at ( TheRapidHacks @ Gmail com ). I explained carefully what I wanted and gave him the information he requested of me and in few hours, I got all the access and control I needed in getting my husband’s texts messages, listening to his calls, his WhatsApp and mails and then accurately tracking his Location too, all of that were at my control without him knowing about it or me having to touch his phone. I’m glad I trusted my instincts big time. As this may benefit anyone who needs it, I urge you to reach to Ryan for any hack related services or issues in getting proofs and answers to your findings about your partner’s or anyone activities of your choice. He’s trusted and effective.

  • Usually really great and reliable for quick routes

    We love Waze for travel, and generally trust it over any other mapping app. One comment and a feature request: first, Waze seems to default to interstate-centric routes, even when there are other routes on two lane divides highways which are much shorter and also faster. These routes do not appear in the route options.

    For example, traveling from a very small town in IL, let’s pick St. Augustine in Knox County, to Plano, TX, recently yielded two routes using Waze; both routes were via I-74 to I-55, which is ~100 miles longer than following Hwy 116 to 67 and on to the CKC expressway (110) through Hannibal. This is the route that should be chosen for this example trip, with the exception of major construction or an accident that would increase travel time by more than 2 hours.

    Secondly, the feature request: I use Waze on my CarPlay app while driving and always report road hazards and cars pulled over. It would be helpful (and safer for me as a driver) to be able to report a driver pulled over on the side of the road with a one click action, like is available when reporting police. As it stands, one needs to click through 3 screens to report a pulled over car. Please make this a one-click action so I can help other drivers AND concentrate on the road!
