Customer service horrendous!
Frustrated by the lack of progress, I decided to call again, asking for an update and hoping to get some answers. Unfortunately, I received the same vague assurances with no concrete action. This frustrating back-and-forth continued throughout the day, with me having to repeatedly follow up, only to be met with delays and no real resolution. Finally, at 6:39 PM—nearly eight hours after I first submitted my request—I was informed that my request had been denied.
What makes this situation even more disappointing is that it took them an entire day, from 10:30 AM to 6:39 PM, just to tell me “no.” I understand the circumstances—I acknowledge that I only gave 24 hours’ notice instead of the required 48 hours. However, my decision to submit the request on shorter notice was due to weather conditions that made me concerned I might not be able to proceed as planned. My request was simple: I was merely asking for a time change, not something overly complex or unreasonable.
After all that waiting and follow-up, I was ultimately told that the only solution they could offer was to transfer the request to a friend, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, unnecessary delays, and dismissive resolution left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I expected much better handling of the situation and some acknowledgment of the circumstances that led to my request. Instead, I was left with wasted time and no meaningful resolution.
