My experience with DICE's customer support was deeply disappointing. After purchasing tickets for the Snow Strippers show, the venue and time were changed. Additionally, I had originally purchased 2 tickets but only received 1 ticket for the new venue. When I requested a refund due to these material changes in the product offering, DICE's support team refused to process it, claiming the event was 'off sale.' Despite explaining my consumer rights regarding the significant changes to the original purchase (venue change, timing change, and reduction in number of tickets), their support team remained unhelpful and inflexible. Their responses were formulaic and failed to address the specific issues raised. I would caution other customers about buying tickets through DICE, as they seem unwilling to provide refunds even when they've materially altered the product after purchase.
