I hope this company goes bankruptz
This is literally my first app review ever. Never have I ever had to jump through so many hoops to purchase a ticket. Isn’t their job to make a transaction simpler. First making me download the app just to grab the tickets is simply annoying. Every other ticket purchase site can let you do it without having to download the app. I was annoyed, but I did it nonetheless. After that I had to verify my email phone number multiple times. and then they told me that I would be able to transfer my tickets to either a phone number or the email address of my choice. I tried doing that, but they keep saying that something went wrong on their end. frustrated I tried to contact their customer service. I didn’t get a follow up in a timely manner. and when I did get the follow up, they told me to I have to disable the Wi-Fi or VPN should be disabled .If that did not work, I have to reinstall the app. I was like are you kidding me? Even after doing that, I could still not transfer my tickets to my phone. Now I cant even get a refund. If I ever have to use your service again to go to any shows, even if this was like my dream show, I would rather not go to that show.

sick of having to download an app for everything!
yeah okay I don’t seem to have the problems other reviewers have, I can see my tickets just fine and the app works fine enough, but I’m so sick to death of having to download yet another app that I’m never going to use again just because there’s NO other way to access the tickets that *I* bought. you wanna go paperless and no longer give the option of physical tickets?? Annoying, especially as a collector of ephemera who likes to keep the ticket as a keepsake of my experience, but I get it!!! But why is access to the digital tickets restricted to an app? Send a PDF of the tickets to my email! Hell, have an online portal where I have to download them and then print them out if you must! I hate having apps on my phone that I never use, and rest assured that I can’t wait for the event to be over so I can *delete* this app. I HATE THE WAY THAT WE ARE FORCED TO DOWNLOAD AN APP FOR EVERYTHING NOW!!!!!!!!!!! And I have *seen* reviews by older folks complaining about the same thing. I’m 24. This isn’t an issue of accessibility for me like it might be for them. Yet it irritates me just the same! DEATH TO APPS!!!!!!!!!!!! As *if* your service didn’t work just as well before you transferred everything to be in-app-only.
