Login issues
Each time I request a password change and change it the app will then open for about 2-3 sessions with the new password. After the third time I can no longer login at all. Can we fix this please
Good content, poor design
This is an expensive app, but the quality doesn’t match the cost. The videos can only be seen in portrait view, and are hard to see. The pause button doesn’t work, and the only way of stopping the video is to close it and start from the beginning. Very disappointing.
Login failures still a year later
Like others, the app won’t save the user info and won’t create a new account, have to create a new account every time. $20 for an app that doesn’t get updated is messed up.
App update
The app needs to be updated! Every time I go to log in, the app tells me that I have to create a new password but when I go to do that, it tells me that the email that I entered doesn’t exist.
But when I go to create a new account, the app tells me that my email already exist. So I delete the app, reinstall it, enter the same password as before and now all of a sudden it works.
If I go on the app later that day still logged in, it logs me out and when I try to enter the same password once again, the apps tells me that it’s the wrong password then I have to delete the app once more back to back, back to back just to log in. Please fix/ update the app!

Would be great, but is seriously flawed.
I was really excited to hear about this app and to track my belt progress. However, like many others as I’ve seen in the reviews, this app has a glaring issue that needs to be fixed. I have created my account twice now, because after a couple days the app logs me out then says it doesn’t recognize any of my login information (which I am certain is correct). When the account is created there is a message that says you will receive an email to validate your email address for the account. No such email ever came through my inbox or junk mail either time I created the account. I believe this is the reason for me getting logged out, but how do I validate if I never get the message?!
I’ve reached out to the App Store for help and all I got back was to contact the developer, but the developer link doesn’t work either. An app, ESPECIALLY A PAID APP, that is inaccessible is a useless app. I am writing this review in hopes to get the issue fixed because I would really like to utilize it, otherwise I will be requesting a full refund.

Love the app when it works. I have had to create an account twice because it tells me that my email/username is invalid. I create a new account it works that day and the next day it says the same thing. Once this is fixed I would give a 4 star.
