I am not new to kick boxing boxing or working out. And the movement and random way this attacks your body and allows you to select your own amount depending on say a simulated fight you have coming up is amazing you can literally train yourself to fight a grappler or fighter striker depending on how you make your movements and it will randomly set to it it’s beautiful I love it for my shadow boxing and using it in order to make routines for some of my personal clients.Show lessRoyalBets
Excellent App
It’s completely worth the money, I love the app. The only thing that I’d like to see be added/changed is the ability to change the audio settings. Sometimes the app just lowers the volume of the music I’m listening to too much and I end up having to decide between one or the other. Otherwise, great app, functional, does what it says.Show lessAaronBrittain
