The operator does not respond right away and does not ask for additional details and instead refers the matter to the police
Unstable app
The app is unstable. I try attaching a photo or video from my phone library and it won’t allow it. The internet signal on the trains is usually poor and everything gets very slow or there’s no signal at all.
Outdated
The app is totally outdated. Seems like it hasn’t been updated in ages
Useless
This app is worthless. No one will take action when you submit a concern. If it involves harassment or threats to people, they don’t dispatch help, they force you to engage 911
Slow response
By the time I got a reply to press the emergency stop strip I was already at my stop and reporting felt useless. We weren’t in immediate danger but were threatened by a drug addicted episode that was so animated that he was screaming in people’s faces. There’s no point in keeping the app or reporting until it feels like our reports make a difference. Right now it feels useless since nothing can be done while on the move and it’s hard to put a location on the report because the train moves from station to station

Fastest response ever
Great job officers. They are very quick and approachable to complain. Very well maintained.
Improvement
Would be a good feature to be able to add notes when sending the report and remove the sound of the camera when taking pictures. People may like to sent tips anonymously, great TTC app though.
Useless app
The app is useless because it is slow, overly complicated and not operational underground, so what’s the point. It’s also ridiculous to require a nickname in order to send. I’ve also tried 42 different kinds of nicknames… The app is honestly unfortunately pathetic.
Needs Update
This app needs a field for the vehicle number (if applicable).
Useless
I have submitted multiple reports through the app. The TTC has not responded, even in the case of serious injury. I do not understand why this app has such a high rating. I see no evidence that this app does anything at all.
