Have had an account with you for 5 yrs. Up until 3 months ago I have been able to pay my bill through your app with my credit card no problem. But 3 months ago your app and your website started telling me it could not verify my credit card or that the security number was wrong and to contact my bank. My bank told me they did not even see any kind of transactions coming from you. They saw nothing from you so it has to be on your end. My bank was even nice enough to send me a new card and it is still the same issue with you. Can’t verify card info. With your last couple of updates you screwed something up. I have always payed my bill on time but now I have to download a copy of the bill, and take it to the bank to pay it. If this is the way it’s going to be you need to give me a huge discount for the trouble you are putting me through. There are other companies out there with service just as good if not better. I can always go there. I complained about this months ago over the phone and never heard anything back from you. If I could give you no stars I would. Total garbage app and service. I started a new line and they charged twice. Their website and app are both total garbage and I can’t see what’s the additional charges are for.Developer Response
