Great travel service
We used Travel masters for the first time for a trip to Spain (Madrid & Barcelona) in Dec 2019. Everything was great. From making the online booking to the customer service staff it was all very seamless with no hiccups. The hotels chosen for our trip were boutique type hotels located in great areas. The entire costs of the trip which included airfare, hotel stay and train transfer vouchers from Madrid to Barcelona was a great value. If we were to book each separately on our own we would have paid double the cost of the entire trip for 4 people. We will definitely use this travel service again.

Addicting!
I LOVE trip Masters and have used it every time I travel. The app makes everything so convenient! It pulls up your whole itinerary so you’re always in track on where you need to go, flight schedule, train schedule etc... When I’m not traveling I’m using app planning the next trip- which becomes addicting!

Is our favorite online/app base travel services!
We have traveled with Tripmasters about 5 times and compared by to other similar services they are by far the best. The app is fenomenal and works offline everywhere. The attractions recommendations are always on pints and you can budget and count on no extra charges. We travel a couple of times per year and will continue to use TM services...thank you!

All in one!!
I have done several trips w complicated itineraries w TRIPMASTERS. since they created this app, makes so easy to have one place to reference all elements of my trip including hotel, excursions and airline reservations. Even handy links to obscure complicated airline reservation websites that I could not find on my own for the life of me!! Thanks TM!! Sincerely helpful

Super helpful
Being able to lookup all of the itinerary offline has been simply amazing, this hasn’t taken a huge amount of stress out of trip which allowed us to enjoy Australia even more. The only constructive criticism I would give is it would be nice to view the vouchers as individuals versus all on one massive document. Even as is it is an amazing app

Loved the App!
Loved the app but the only feedback that I have is that we didn’t get access to the app until a week before we left. It would have been very helpful to have earlier ahead of tine. Also it does not have some very popular places in their things to do. For example the Tiger Kingdom in Phuket, Thailand is very popular but we did not see it in their things to do. The “Things to Do” section needs to be updated.

Exceptional Service
One of the best travel site i came through. I was dreading to go to Italy and found this site after all travel agents told me nothing is available.
The team was exceptional they provide 24 hr support and i called them from italy, made changes to tour and hotel. I git all train tickets upfront and just walked in rail stations with vouchers. Even called for directions to hotel in narrow streets of back Venice

Better than any other app!
We have been on our trip for about 4 days of a 14 day trip and we use this app more than all the other apps put together. It is exactly what your looking for and want when your on your trip. The maps and find portion is especially helpful by being able to go in and out of locations and directions when wanting. Uber if available at your fingertips.

Made traveling so much easier
This App was very helpful. Our trip to Italy had a lot of small details that were easy to forget. It was much easier to pull out my phone to check times and locations, than pull out the paper itinerary. All important info that I needed was at my fingertips.
There was also lots of other useful info about each city we were staying in.

I don’t use anything but TripMasters now
It’s so easy to navigate thru the app and online. I do everything on it for my travels to include flights, hotels, excursions, etc. Can’t believe they have maps put together for you, etc. They send reminders & recommendations on things to do in each city. I travel a lot and TripMasters is the only the site I will ever use ever again! They are awesome!
