We've squashed bugs (yuck) and made performance improvements (whoosh) for an overall better Viator app (yay!).
Don’t use if your using for rewards cash back! Terrible customer support too
I used the app to book tours only because they give rewards cash back but the app doesn’t work. I’ve never visited any affiliate partner or website to find tours but they told me I had. The affiliate partner they mentioned doesn’t even provide information or tours in the country I booked tours in, so the app has a technical fault.
Basically it’s a roll of the dice if you get rewards cashback on your app bookings. Sometimes the system works but others it won’t.
I contacted them numerous times to explain the issue is with their app and also asked them to provide evidence if they say I had booked with affiliate but all my emails have been ignored. Even when you only use the app to book tours the system can say you used an affiliate partner some how!?
