Language issues
I got the app and it worked great. After about a month, it decided to change to a different language that like it’s possibly Korean. I uninstalled and installed, but the problem still occurred.Football critique

The new update has full on messed up my movement and strafe in the division change it back or I’m returning the product JOKEdream aim
Works perfect
It works perfect, people complain about the language when there’s a preferred language setting on your phone.
I had japanese as a preference and it made it japanese when I opened the app but I changed it to English and the app changed with it.B0ltingplanet5
Barely works
Half of the time I try to use this app it doesn’t work which means if I want to play I different game I cant switch the sensitivity or controls. The app itself is fine but they just need to work being able to connect to the XIM apexCtsoed
Easy to use software
Easy to set up for standard gaming uses. Advance settings there for people who like to maximum their nerd knowledge.
If stuck there always Information on their website
I don’t have a computer to upgrade firmware nor do I have access to a computer
Why don’t you have a different way to upgrade the firmware cause I can’t even use my XIM apex now thanks and it’s also in Chinese with no option to choose English! If I had a computer I wouldn’t of bought this product and I wouldn’t be playing Xbox or ps13jeckert
ADD LANGUAGE SETTINGS
This is an overall great app and easy to use, but after this update my app switched the language to Spanish on its own. My phone is in English. There are no language settings in the app to change this issue. Please add them ASAPhasanfawzii
Wired fine until now
The xim apex is a great tool and has helped me, but recently it has stopped connecting to my phone and just gives me a read failure. I have tried factory resetting it and uninstalled the app and redownloaded it but it still fails, the xim apex flashes white like its connecting and then goes red. New update has messed it up
Latest update tells you that you need to install the latest firmware on the xim, when plugged into a pc it tells you it’s already running the latest firmware thus rendering the xim manager completely unusable and the xim apex itself nearly useless as it’s stuck on the default config that was on there. So if your like me and play multiple games the xim becomes useless...helpShow lessdannn3
