Just purchased
I just purchased the XIM apex, I’m rating it two starts because first of all, it doesn’t get connected to my phone. Second of all it keeps crashing. You have to reinstall it every time you open it. Push an update please.Atef J
Fortnite won’t work
I use this device on fortnite and the game can now detect you using a keyboard and mouse and kicks me out every match. If there is a way around the detection that the XIM could use it would be great but I don’t think they will come out with something like that.C4rz
Constant crashing
Could you give us an update to fix the constant crashing. Every time i log into the app it gives me your icon than crashes, the only way i can fix it is by uninstalling it and re downloading it, and only than when i close it, it gives me the same problem. PLEASE FIXTracey B
iOS 12
Can you please push out an update for users with iOS 12. The Xim apex manager app crashes every time I open it now on iOS 12. I’ve heard of others having the same issue. Only way it works is if they delete the app and reconnect it with Bluetooth, but once you close the app it crashes every time you try to open it. Very frustrating. Can you please update the app so that it runs smooth on iOS 12 please.Show lessJoetheGrimm

I have to delete the app and redone load because it doesn’t load the app, and also sometimes my keyboard and mouse just turns off randomly while plugged inlobos109

Rainbow Six Siege.
In the next update if you could add lean bindings to Rainbow Six Siege that would be awesome because that game is the only reason i got the adapter in the first place. Other then not having the lean bindings everything is working great so far.Chance2334
