Hi iwiz, this doesn't sound normal. If you could try deleting and loading a fresh install please to see if that helps? alternatively test using a different internet connection. If the problem persists please get intouch.

Hi speedybanker, are you referring to quick balance? the settings for this are available under 'settings' off the main menu. Remember if you want to be able to view this on the login screen be sure to click on the little cog, top right of the quick balance settings page to activate.
Seriously impressive App
So easy to use and so feature rich that the team who put together this amazing piece of kit need to get an award. I would find it hard to change banks just based on the app alone. Well done team

Don’t use the app
Unfortunately it does not always provide the information I require. I am forced to login repeatedly. This app is amateurish and a pain.
And at the height of my frustration a window pops up asking for
Me to rate the app.
Well there it is. Poorly written app that doesn’t do the basics well.
