This app is great now. I love all of the functions. It’s user friendly. Well done
Slow and temperamental
About 60% of the time I attempt to log in and type my pin I’m stuck with a 30 second buffering period and a log-in failed notification.
Pretty annoying to say the least, love this bank but disappointed in its technology and account accessibility.
Hoping this is just a flaw of the update and that it’ll be fixed soon.

No tablet interface?
Looks to have been designed specifically for iPhones. App does not scale to fit screen and looks like it it emulating an iPhone. Uninstalling and using the web version.
Hello I would like to see secure mail added to the app so we can email and be verified for banking enquires
Please solve the problem!!!!
When you try to pay to others (transfer founds) you can’t see what you a writing, you can’t see the amount it’s gets covered up.
Please fix it. This problem occurred just with the last update.

Functional app
I like using this over the web version. For those having troubles logging out; I have a pin setup for my login and the app logs out as soon as you close it requiring the pin again.
My issue is the opposite. I would like the app to stay logged in... at least for a small period of time so that I can quickly close the app and check bills from my email etc when I close the app it requires the pin again and I have to navigate the bcu app back to where I left.

No log out!

Can't log out
Good app but can't log out on an iPhone. My kids have a Samsung phone and are able to log out on it. This is concerning.
Good and bad
Don't like not being able to log out. Don't like not being able to see historical balances; ie the balance after each transaction. I like to see how much money I had left over from last pay. The screen is clean, clear and easy to navigate though.

There doesn't seem to be a log out option though which I don't like & will likely lead to me deleting the app since I feel like my account isn't very secure if anyone can access my bank accounts from my phone just by opening the app (for example if my phone is stolen).
