Doesn’t let me add music

I’ve been using this app for over a year now and I’ve been adding music from iTunes to a lot of my videos. For some reason, it doesn’t let me add it anymore. I really need to add music.

I want to cancel my pro subscription but I already got charged.

I couldn’t find a customer service contact but can I please get refunded. I want to purchase pro but on a different device. I only got charged like one or two days ago. Please help. Thank you

Hello, this is the Vlogr Team. Thank you for using our app. Please check if you are logged in with the account that made the purchase of the "Vlogger Paid Product" in the App Store. After launching the Vlogger app, tap the Pro button at the top of the editing screen, and then tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the purchase page. This will allow you to use the Pro version on other devices as well.

수정사항 꼭 부탁드려요

평소에 정말 잘쓰고 있는 어플이고 구매 해서 까지 잘사용중인데 이번주 부터 갑자기 영상 새로만들기 하면 아예 영상 클릭이 안되고 렉걸려요.
새로 지웠다가 다시 깔아보기도 했는데 똑같네요.
제발 수정 부탁드립니다. 영상 빨리 업로드해야하는데 안되서 너무 불편하네요.

제발고쳐주세요

평소에 pro구매해서 아주 잘 쓰던 어플입니다. 오늘 아이패드 iPadOS 15.3.1 가장 최신버전으로 업데이트했더니 계속 튕기기만하네요. 사진첩까지만 들어가지고 아예 영상을 만들수가 없어요 ㅜㅜ 업뎃부탁드려요. 그리고 어플에 로그인해서 영상편집기록을 저장할 수 있으면 좋겠어요ㅜㅜ어플실행이안되어서 지웠다 깔았더니 예전 편집영상들이 전부 사라질줄 몰랐어요ㅜㅜ 로그인창이 생기면 정말 좋을것같아요. 그리고 아이패드 가로모드지원해주시면 정말 좋을것같아요… 목 돌려서 보는데 너무 아파요ㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋ 나머지는 완벽한 어플입니당

After recording and screenshot the scene where the error occurred, please send the file to us with the instruction below. Go to Editing page and tap the Settings Icon on upper left side.
