Hello, this is the Vlogr Team. Thank you for using our app. Please check if you are logged in with the account that made the purchase of the "Vlogger Paid Product" in the App Store. After launching the Vlogger app, tap the Pro button at the top of the editing screen, and then tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the purchase page. This will allow you to use the Pro version on other devices as well.

After recording and screenshot the scene where the error occurred, please send the file to us with the instruction below. Go to Editing page and tap the Settings Icon on upper left side.
