Issues With App
Integration with Siri and the Apple home automation not easy to do so I did without. Just not very clear instructions provided.
The second issue is automation. I had one of the plugs utilized for a space heater for the benefit of my pets when the temperature dropped suddenly due to spring season while I was away. I deleted the “Scene” for the outlet but I would still find it turned on in the afternoon long after deleting the automation cycle.
The door/window sensor cannot be used to trigger anything in conjunction of the other products and essentially acts as an alarm.
But despite those issues and limitations the app is easy to navigate for everything else. Granted my area is a small apartment but the ecosystem is affordable for my needs.

Fails to establish connection
Given time. I’ve done all the steps and nothing works. No not recommend any of their products. I will be returning everything.

Hi! Sorry to hear about your experience. Intermittent network connection can lead to these issues. You can call your Internet Service provider and ask them to create a separate 2.4GHz only network. This will help with the pairing process as well as long term network stability. The SnapShot doorbell is designed to go into sleep "offline" mode to conserve maximum battery charge.
