Terrible user experience
Very difficult to use if you are a foreign visitor; challenging to add payment methods and requires credit card code activation every time. Why not link to Apple Pay? Would be infinitely easier and more secure.
Can’t use app if you have an eSIM
Hi, like the review left by ‘K in ACT’ a few months ago, I’m having the same problem. I cannot receive SMSes as I am from Australia and travelling here in Sweden, using an eSIM. Why do you require sending an SMS to an individual? Can you not have another system to verify someone using the app, such as email verification? It means I can’t use the app.

Not the best bus app
We are tourists in Sweden and used buses in many countries. This app works but it is not the best. It ate a few of my payments. Also if you buy a ticket for one bus there’s no way to switch to another one.
Fails at the start
Requires registering mobile number with the phone. I’m using an eSIM here, so trying to register a non-data number from other countries and none of them are working receiving the 4 number code. There should be other ways to login or register that doesn’t require an EU number.

Can’t get the app to register my U.S. phone number
I’ve tried multiple ways including the website to no avail. This is ridiculous.
Overall a useful app
Overall this a useful app to use across the Skanetrafiken network. My only complaint is an alert notice to say when ticket has expired or near expiration.
Does not work with international mobile #s
This app does not work for non-Swedes as it will not send a verification text to an international mobile phone number. Unable to buy tickets without completing this step

Great app for tourists!
Awesome app as we travelled within and between Skåne. The tickets were the cheapest that we could find (including taking Oresundstog between Gothenburg and Malmö), and navigation was clear and straightforward.

Every time it updates app stops working
Title says it all. App works find. Updates cause problems. Doesn’t need to look good.
What’s the point.
What’s the point of having an app telling me the times of when the buss should arrive when it half of the times leaves earlier then said time.
Just skip the whole thing and go back to the schedule printed on the bus stopes and make your drivers keep the times or at least not leaving early. So many times I’m standing in the cold outside waiting for 15 min, watching the bus I should take far in the distance already left.
