Terrible customer support 👎👎👎
Third time I'm having issues with this service and their customer support. They are trying to wrongly charge me several hundred dollars for damages on the car that was caused by previous riders - tried to escalate the issue to someone senior but was just stonewalled and pressed to pay a ridiculous sum that isn't even correct.

I’ve been using Aimo share but was looking forward to making the switch to Volvo. However, it turns out this is not really a “car sharing” app at all, it’s just a normal rental car booked via an app. You have to pre-book a start and end time, removing any spontaneity of taking a car. You can’t even see if you can extend the car until your booking starts. Surely this is the absolute basics of a car sharing app? Hugely disappointing.Show lessDeveloper Response

Before charging a customer with fee for downloading the app from AppStore, it would have been great to provide explanations on your website, indicating you’re requiring it. Otherwise this feels like putting your hand in our pocket without proper permission.Developer Response
Hi Mikayel! Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. Currently you can only use our app if you are living in Sweden, but if you download it from another country you are not charged anything since our app is free.
