highly recommend it

I’ve worked with Poured for almost 3 years. The app gives you a lot of opportunities in the luxury retail business and ways to grow in the companies.

Also, for those who have something on the side - it is a great way to make extra money and meet new people in the industry.

Smart product and even better team. I have tried looking in the past for work like this. Wonolo, shift gig / none of it is the work anyone wants to do. Poured gives you greater access to the best brands with the best pay.

Frustrating app

I’ve had everything set up but they haven’t approved me. I have actual brand ambassador , sales, and greeter experience. I actually use to hire people like this in my last few jobs. So I’m like why is it so hard for their chat or customer service to reply. Then I get so many text messages from it to work but I can’t. I replied to the email in the text, the one on the app, at this point I don’t think I’m going to get a hold of anyone but all of these jobs are literally 5min away from me.

Great for freelancers
Communication could be better on the back end.
The referral bonus is taxed.

Terrible

This app has had glitches since I’ve first downloaded it. I would get massive amount of texts saying I have job offers that didn’t exist. I worked my first shift on the 28th of February and still haven’t been paid because my on boarding was a whole entire mess. Then I was told I accepted a shift I never accepted, then on top of that without even discussing with me to get my side I was told I was removed from the app. I had proof I never accepted the shift and the app is a faulty mess and of course after sending proof POURED has yet to reach out to me. Now I look bad to a company for something that was out of my control. This app is a mess all around !!!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your frustrating experience. Since version 11.6, we have made major changes to improve the user experience, especially to our notification system to eliminate any surges in alerts. All users can be assured that they will be informed promptly and accurately when they have shifts confirmed. Only when our talent have unexcused absences will issue a warning for missing a shift. We pride ourselves in paying our talent accurately and on time, and have since even created the option for next day pay! Great app!

I used Poured while I was in college because it is so flexible. I worked two shifts at a small boutique in Los Angeles through Poured and it was a great experience/way to earn some extra money. I highly recommend using this app!
