Horrible
Expensive lights. Like all users from 2 years ago commented, have to be next to the light to connect. For some reason can’t seem to be able to save my scanned light or group I created. Very non-intuitive app. I’m surprised app haven’t been updated for over 2 years. ZERO stars if possiblekenyanohio
Locked out!
Set my lights orange for Halloween the first time so used them. Now app says the lights are locked and when I try to unlock them to change the color it says it cannot connect to the password file so I am stuck with orange lights! I can’t connect to the lights when I am inside my house beside the window they are just outside of, while staring right at them from 2 feet away. You have to be outside and right next to the lights. Very frustrated with non functional app and very short range needed to control a light. I guess I wouldn’t mind that so much if if I could actually control the lights, but I am stuck outside in February trying to get the app to work without success. Not recommended. There is no other way to control the color changing aspect of these lights.Show lessReasonableWoman

WAC Has Given Up - ZERO stars
WAC hasn’t touched this app in ages, yet they still sell these VERY expensive lights. If an app could look like Windows 3.11, this is it!
Horribly unintuitive, functionally unusable, archaic interface. The lights require you to be right on top of them in order to even attempt to configure them. The colors are more pastel than vibrant.
I wish I could return the entire system I spent thousands on...you would think for such a reputable lighting company, they would take more pride in their products.
Hopefully you have landed here BEFORE buying these lights and if so, RUN! If unfortunately not, try and return ASAP.

Disappointed
The app isn’t terribly intuitive and the range requires that I stand almost directly next to the lights to connect with them... hopefully I will get the hang of using it but so far it’s not what I expected. And yes these lights were a big spurge for us so it should be easier to have fun modifying them.Show lessmod-crush
Can you make this better??
Terrible app. With such a great lighting company you would expect a much better app and controls. These lights are really expensive but the controls fall way shot. Time to get this right!jve4424
