Can’t recharge sim on the app via card
The “pay” button always glitches out whenever trying to recharge the sim on the app. Always have to go in store to recharge it

I cannot recharge using credit card. Your dysfunctional application left me stranded alone and unable to make calls.

I tried to get support from in app chat support, when the agent came only there was no way for me to reply back, the return button on the keyboard only took the chat to the next line and there wasn’t a enter button visible anywhere to send reply
