    WORST APP IN APPLE STORE AND WORST TEAM REGISTERING YOU!

    Been here for 7 years with the same number and they still can’t find you!!!!

    That’s what happens when you outsource services and go cheap, head of application should be audited!

    Worst app ever used Broken AC units every month Water leakage every 2 months Not being able to register me on the app Promises to fix but in vain Tiles broken Paint chipped and cracked Mold from AC VENTS

  • Unable to login

    After an 8 month long battle with Damac admin in various ways, I’m still unable to login the Damac Living app.
    The only change that has been made today is that I’m able to pay the service charges.
    Apart from that nobody has ever been able to solve my problem.
    The worst thing of all: I’ve received a call from the Happyness center asking why I’m rating the services with the lowest rates and the result is…. Nothing has changed! I’m still not able to login.
    Conclusion: the Happyness center doesn’t care 😕
    Since today I know:
    My email address has been registered along with my unit number.
    I’ve been able to set up a new password.
    But still I’m unable to login.
    Instead I’m getting a failure message saying there are no units linked with this account. That’s exactly the reason why I want to login!
    Moreover the whatsapp number is not available to chat with an employee any longer. There’s only a fixed number of issues that can be solved without human interaction.
    Login problems is not one of them.
    So how do I raise a ticket now to solve my eternal problem?
