Terrible app
Terrible app, and terrible customer services. I’ve been trying to log into this app for days, it fails, tells me to call the emaar number, they claim to fix it, still doesn’t work. This is disgusting, everything for the community is done on the app, yet the app is useless. I’ve spoken to neighbours, all have issues with the app, but nothing is ever done. Disgusting.

Can’t log in or register
The app was previously working. But now I cannot log in or register so the app is completely dysfunctional for me. Contacted customer care several times over the course of two months, but no proper response.
