Stopped working
It was working for the most part all year, but quit working in the past week. I just have a white screen when I open it. I’ve even tried deleting and reinstalling the app and that didn’t work.

Just updated this app and now it’s having a occasional error has occurred. I try hitting the reload button but it does nothing until you fix this. You guys don’t get any more stars other than the two stars I give you until you fix this issue I want to fix so I can see everything I’m not giving you anymore stars until you get it fixedand I just updated it today and it was working fine yesterday until your update happened so you need to fix it again and put out a new update

I downloaded this just to track Santa but there is so much more! I downloaded it 2 hours ago and have barley taken my eyes off it! If you are thinking about buying this app you MUST otherwise you are CRAZY!

Started off good, kids excited to see Santa. 1 hour in, no longer works.
Waste of time
Worked for 2 minutes over Antarctica, then nothing for the rest of the night. Way to go ruining kids fun. Must be proud of yourselves. Don’t waste efforts if you’re just going to glitch and fail for everyone. One night a year and you fail.
NORAD failed to track santa
NORAD fails to track Santa beyond a ready to take-off photo, while the Twitter account has stated he is in major cities already. It's okay to use Google's instead, disappointing.
