Alright bit could be better
The new look
And I want to know exactly on a world map where he is at any moment, like last year. I didn’t install this app to play games or all this new stuff. I just wanted a visual experience that I could get “lost” in, as I did in last and previous years.

Thank you for your feedback, you may be referring to the live Santa Tracking feature of the app. We're currently counting down until we start our live tracking where the feature containing the world map and Santa's current location in flight will be displayed as you've enjoyed in previous years!
New version still has issues—which now appear to be resolved
I spent some time looking through version 2 and everything seems to be working much better. The error referenced in my previous review is no longer occurring for me. I have changed my rating accordingly.

Thank you for the quick response to the update issue. I understand these things happen. I’ve updated my rating from 3 to 5 stars because it’s rare to have a developer respond with an acknowledgment of a problem, take ownership of it rather than blame the user and supply a patch so quickly.

Not loading
Fun app
But starting yesterday when I tried to see the tracker I get an error message. “An unhandled error has occurred reload”
When I try to reload nothing happens
All my updates are current. The app was working last week
