Lots of bugs connecting with newest pvt models
I am a certified installer and the app works fine just when connecting to the newest pvt3 and pvt8 models I've noticed glitches. Green screens during playback and certain channels during live viewing. Cycling through channels with green screens during playback etc when connecting to the new model dvrs. App works perfectly fine with the older models. This is bugs only connecting to the newest models.Show lessXtremeSS
P2P device not connected
I keep getting this error msg. The app will connect after several attempts but will only stay connected for 5-10 seconds. Then it will reconnect for another 5-10sec and fail again. Very disappointed. Great when it works but no good if will not connect.DG Addict
Poor app
Very disappointed app for check the cameras. They alway don’t connect to cameras and we have to turn off then turn on the cameras to see what is going on@eduard_arias
App stop working
After the last two updates camera app stop working away from apple just did another update and the developer is not updating the app nor is reading reviewsdeedeedemples
Terrible user interface. Poor
In this day and age when low-cost cameras are available from ring and nest, there is no reason at all for the poor user interface of this app. We put in a very good system that is significantly degraded by having to use this terrible app. It is very hard to access play back and easily scroll through past events. The app developers need to improve this ASAP instead of disappointing so many consumers.Show lessFUNANUF

Is anyone even there maintaining this app? Playback doesn’t work, freezes all the time and I have good WiFi here. People do not purchase anything that requires this app because they do not care about this app it hasn’t been working right in forever!!dudleyboo
App stop working
I been using this app for a year now and this app stop working like after every two weeks. It keep saying connecting when it does not. Fix that problem please because this is a camera view app and if this don’t work than there is no point of having cameras.hdhdhzhdhdhxhsh

Totally disappointed
We spent all this money on cameras and the it is your app used to display footage that doesn’t work sufficiently. It is slow to load, typically crashes first then you reload, and even working it’s very choppy. Not sure how to resolve it. The newest update made it worse. Is the camera install person responsible or the application itself because the cameras have clear resolution but playback 99% crashes and freezes. The app also drains entire home internet speed and wifi. I don’t like to write a bad review, just frustrated because there isn’t a new update to fix these problems.
