  • Velocity sequence feature

Very interesting new feature. I just added v 3.75.
  • Key feature list continues to develop

The eccentric barbell velocity is very cool with the new updates. The barbell and jumps velocity sequence graph gives you what much more expensive force platforms cost, that is amazing.
  • Significant improvement

Cool new metric features and is now measuring properly for the heavy and slow back squats.
  • Not reliable enough to be very useful

Solid design, sketchy implementation. While this is a free app, it’s the only supported interface to devices costing around $500. For that kind of money, you’d expect the app and the devices to be of much higher quality than they are. A2P Sport has a surprising number of bugs in prominent locations. I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to review the devices here, so I’ll just advise buyers to make sure the limits of A2P’s accelerometer based systems are understood, and how training methods and/or movement patterns may need to change for the devices to work.

  • Needs an update/bug fix!!

There are quite a few bugs in the app, which include: lack of rep tracking/loss of reps, inability to set rep pace/rep goal velocity, workout history being erased abruptly, workout not being recorded/saved to history.

Also, where is the A2P Speed app??

    Developer Response

Thank you for the note. Please be sure to update to v2.17, which published the day after your bug fix comments (this fix addressed some recent database errors). The A2P Sport App does not offer a bar speed target/goal feature, this feature was exclusive to the A2P Speed App which we discontinued. We now focus our resources towards the A2P Sport App, which offers innovative and class-leading metrics. We will look into adding target bar speed into this app. Thank you again for the comments.
