Waste of time and money!
The app does nothing no videos no instruction just a timer, and there’s not even any audio to let you know, so you always have to be staring at the screen. Thankfully, it was only five bucks but still I could’ve got a cheeseburger with that.jimgoodjr

Screen goes off
This App doesn’t keep your phone screen from locking, so as you are doing the press ups the phone screen goes off and you can’t see the timer. Such a shame in an otherwise brilliantly simple appcnut88
