Lacking multiple profiles
My kids have a great time playing the game but I would like to see multiple profiles under one parent account. My kids are 7 & 4 and at different stages so it would be nice to have different levels plus separating the profiles allows for players to move at their own pace instead of together. I would actually pay a couple bucks more to get a family profile.Show lessAnne B Nana

Sound Issues
We have no sound. I’ve tried updates, restarting, and reloading. Nothing has worked.sp-79
Sound doesn’t work
Downloaded this app this morning. Sound doesn’t work. Tried to reinstall the app, tried another device, and 2 calls to customer service...with no resolution. Is this a known issue? Volume works on other games on same device. Customer service claims the app doesn’t have sound and that they don’t support the app. Too. Ad, it looks like it would be fun.Show lessMomandbabypics

The app is good WHEN YOU WANT IT. My kids got older and no longer use the app. I don’t want to pay a monthly charge, but there is no way to cancel payment. I have reached out via email through their app support and customer support emails numerous with no response. This isn’t just a lack of transparency when signing up, it seems like straight dishonesty. As parents, we try and find safe and educational ways to keep our kids entertained and then run across this type of “business” that is obviously out to make a dollar with no concern for anything but their bottom line. You can cancel your subscription by going to your device settings, select your Apple ID (it's usually the first option and has your name), select subscriptions, then you can select Hidden Pictures Puzzle Town and unsubscribe. My nephew has played through all the games and the new ones only take about 10 minutes a week. Don’t know how much longer I will pay for this.Angdenise72
