UISP n0t for small businesses
In general, I love the remote view into my environment … however UBNT is only allowing those environments with 10 devices of their choosing to use it past a 30 day trial. Too limiting for most of us. I have over 15 UBNT devices, but only 3 qualify for this utility. Hope that changes as I could really is it as a remote access method.Show lessButchMudhole

Does lack many web features, though, such as setting up and configuring fault tolerant WAN. As a simple mobile app, this works great for checking which WAN network is currently in use.leoapagano

The structure of this app makes no sense
I’ve been using this app for three years,I just logged off and log back in and now I can’t figure out how to get back to the device/network screen. All I can get to is the CRM/account management screenKjjmiles
Audible Ping
I would highly appreciate adding audible feedback for pinging an IP address, in addition to the visual feedback that is currently available. Similar to the Antenna alignment feature inside the app.Yousif Almamalachy

One gripe
I have gps coordinates enabled on all 52 of my radios, however they do not show up individually on the map, only the site they are assigned to.seanonymousPoPo
It worked last week
Last week I set up my nanobeam beam with no issues, since the update I can’t do a thing and I am frustrated beyond belief! I never leave reviews but I needed these up and running and I can’t do anything with them.
