Atlas Not Accurate

I have been disappointed with this app as it doesn’t have a correct atlas all the time. I use Parashara’s Light professional software and always have to double check the natal charts I run on this app with PL because many times the rising Asc lagna is off significantly in this app. I recently did a chart where the rising was 15:29 Sag and the app showed 1:30, throwing the rising nakshatra off by one whole nakshatra. This has happened so many times. The dashas also are off by a day. When this happens, I’ve double checked with a third astrolfoy software and confirmed that PL was correct and CI is wrong. I’ve brought this issue multiple times the Cosmic Insights helpdesk and they have not fixed the just ignoring my emails. It’s frustrating for something that I am paying for to especially when they want you to pay for every little thing on the app. Very disappointing. I really want to love with this app because it’s good but these issues cause a big problem for me professional Vedic Astrologer with my work and I don’t trust the app accuracy.

Add a Vedic Zodiac Calendar

I absolutely love love your apps you’ve made, Cosmic Insights and Align27, but, can you please add a feature in one of them where we know what zodiac season we are in? Or, an events tab where we know when a specific zodiac season starts?

I am familiar with the western zodiac dates, and I would love to be able to know what zodiac time we are in eastern for vedic astrology.

I hope this makes sense.

Almost perfect, except no option to change Ayanamsa

The detail on this app, goodness gracious it’s amazing. It seems like it has essentially everything! They really went all the way with this App.

The only thing is it that it only gives the option for Lihiri Ayanamsa. Under calculation settings it does show Ayanamsa, with ‘Lihiri >’ next to it. However you cannot click on it and change the Ayanamsa. Under it it does allow you to choose support with tropical Nakshatras & outer planets. However wouldn’t it be important to be able to switch to Fagan/Bradley Ayanamsa so that it is cohesive?

Also a Krishnamurti Ayanamsa would be nice with the ability to change the house system to Placidus. I guess in all actuality, even being able to change the house system to Placidus or equal system would be the most beneficial for users who want a more exact house system.

Otherwise, it’s the most detailed astrology app I’ve ever seen. It makes me blush almost! 💖

This App I have been using for One year and coming from Western Astrology the depth of information that you can gain through the Various Add ons or Memberships are just amazing. I use this alongside Align 27 App from the same developer as that is a quick daily guide of how to navigate my energy.

Only interested in upsell

It’s very annoying as even when I am lifetime subscriber I get to see many advertisements for features not in plan. It wastes lot of time and space almost like a marketing advertising app hence 1 star

With a lifetime subscription you unlock the main aspect of the app - we then provide add ons you can purchase in order to customise your experience. If we add all of those add ons into the Lifetime Subscription, you would have paid a lot more for it. So we do this to keep the cost low for you and for you to use the features that you prefer.

Add ons are too pricey

Beautiful app, but all the add ons and reports are too expensive. Prasna Q&A feature doesn’t seem very accurate as it contradicts.

Great alternative to desktop applications

I had been using only my desktop program Jagannath Hora for some time, because I hadn’t found a good & reliable app with all of the features I needed. Cosmic Insights definitely has it! It’s pricey if you’re a casual astrology user, but def worth it if you are a professional & make income. However, even as an intermediate student like me, I continue to learn TONS from the resources & newsletter, so it’s worth it to me. I use it to practice reading charts all the time. I wish that it didn’t have so many add-ons that you need to pay for, but I don’t mind using JH on my computer for that extra stuff once in a while.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for your kind words. Yes, we do have to have add ons, it allows us to keep the overall subscription cost lower so people can pick and choose how they want to use the app.

Company dishonest

Had everything on the app working in 2023
They ripped me off in 2024 and told me I had limited access to it . Don’t deal with them

Just to clarify we have never 'ripped' anyone off. However it seems you had a free subscription where we displayed 'sample' data. We then made the 'sample' data aspect clearer so people understood it to be sample and not their real data. It seems you may have had the free app and assumed it to be real data. We are sorry for the confusion and suggest perhaps you buy a plan so you can see your real data.
