App doesn’t work
App will not work with gauges and new apple products which ales all my CPS products pretty much useless they flat will not connect deleted app and reinstalled didn’t help

APPLE IOS 12.2 ISSUE WITH CPS APP
CPS apologizes to each and everyone of our customers for the failure of the app in the last 30 days. This was due to the CPS app crashing because of the new Apple 12.2 ISO update. The app has been revised to the new version and it is currently working very well with all of our tools that require the app.

Terrible service - fun away
Calling the Easy Hood airflow capture hood a professional tool is a joke . Even before the app stopped launching (iOS) it was buggy and inconsistent . 2 calls to the CPS service department we’re not returned. To not keep the app up to date is inexcusable . Don’t buy . It’s a $400 piece of plastic now . Tru tech should not carry this and should be more diligent

Easy to use
This is a very easy app to use, great update 👍
App crashing
In the Northeast were just starting to get into the AC season and I rely on the CPS tools all the time absolute shame I can’t use them at all they are useless will not ever buy again. App is crashing constantly
App not working
The app isn’t working it’s effecting my work day can you guys look at it and fix it the app opens then closes out

Recently bought the air flow cps tool and couldn’t connect get the software to work with my iPhone. Even thought it clearly says iPhone compatible. Don’t waste you money
