New app doesn’t allow pre booking
Hull cars was my favourite taxi firm in the city and the previous app worked really well.
Ever since the new app update it’s slow, janky, frustrating to even select your destinations (the train station isn’t a selectable option, and my partner’s house isn’t even on the map, so have to select a pickup point a short walk away!).
But worst of all is not even providing an option to prebook for a certain time or day. I travel by train a lot and not being able to book a taxi at the actual train station for a set time is a deal breaker.
Simply no choice but to change firm.

Not working
I’ve been using this app and it was working fine. Since the updates I’m not able to login and when I ask to send links to my email. I never receive it! Trying to re-register not letting me! I asked the company they have no idea!! Maybe the app developer can help! Thanks

Try booking a car on the app it won’t let you change the time you want it for it just says request now when I don’t want it for now it might be a glitch uses this app a lot of very good it was working the other day but not today
