Not reliable
The app is not reliable. Trying to book journeys but come up as network error all the time. Currently it is freezing when confirming journeys. The calendar is also terrible really difficult to see the journeys you have booked. The actual bus service is fab when we can actually book! The app lets the service down.Show lessDeveloper Response

Update- in response to developer reply, I am not using an old version, the app is up to date. I have emailed with the issues too.
Not sure why my review has disappeared off the store. The app is frustrating and doesn’t work to the standard it should. I see JavaScript errors, it takes me an age to get a bus booked that was available, it’s just the app doesn’t show it till you’ve tried to book it multiple times, then it offers a bus. It shows requests like they’re booked and then I have to clear them all out which takes ages because I have to choose an option why I’m cancelling it even though it isn’t even booked. It offers me the local bus service, which would be 2 hours late. Just go is a much needed service for those in the villages who can’t use cars. Not everyone has the time to ring. The app should do what it is supposed to do with minimum effort. It’s stressful.Show lessDeveloper Response

Does what it says on the tin only issue I have is it won’t go into landscape on iPad which makes using it a pain.
