Trash product and awful customer service
I purchased a new car that came equipped with the frameless mirror with universal remote that can’t be paired to an apartment building gate. When you call their supposedly customer service number they transfer you from one representative to another that doesn’t know how their product works.
Not worth downloading.
Bad customer service, product doesn’t work as its advertised it should. I purchased a new car and it came equipped with the ARQ garage door opener, yet when I followed their instructions to sync it to the gate it wouldn’t work. After trying to pair it multiple times I ended up calling their customer service number just to be told that they can’t help me that I had to call back another day.

Great concept
I downloaded this app hoping it was a true universal remote, but I didn’t read the description well enough because this app has to connect to software inside your car. Unfortunately my car does not have a programmable garage door opener installed.
