The app doesn’t open up!!!!

Title says it all

Don’t bother

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I’ve tried everything and it just keeps spinning and spinning you can’t log in, save your frustration not worth the points.

They broke the app!

App worked great until they made some sort of change that I presume is related to the new moi program. The app will no longer load, even after I changed my password. Extremely frustrating.

App sign in doesn’t work

Signed up for a moi account when it was launched as food basics points program. I’ve never been able to sign into the food basics app. The progress wheel just spins without loading anything. And apparently the app has been updated recently… hmmm

Still garbage even after the recent update

Stopped working after the update

When I try to log in, the app freezes.

Edit ~ November 18.

I was excited to see that the app had been updated. Unfortunately I am still unable to get past the login screen.

New updated makes list unusable

The old app I could switch between the app and other apps and still have my list or circled flyer items.
Since the remodel with Moi points, you have to do the list in one sitting and print it, which is really annoying. I wish it would just remember my choices like other apps like the optimum app.
Please fix this 🤞

Log In doesn’t work

I cannot log into the app. Once you pass the log in screen the app just shows a loading indicator. Metro app and mobile web versions work fine.

It won’t work

Ever since there has been this change to Moi, I cannot log in. I’ve followed all of the directions but the app just hangs after I’ve used my log in information.

No connection

Fresh install. Won’t connect from go. I see it’s a common problem in the reviews so maybe just fix whatever it was you broke and do what you’re paid to do.
