Same as others won't open after moi update

Just get the green Food basics screen with blueberries and keeps spinning won't open app - this started after the moi enrolment.

Issues.

Unable to open the app after entering the required information. App does nothing but try to load. Deleted it and reinstalled the app and still have the same issue . No trouble logging onto the Metro app.

Unable to log in

I’m unable to log in with my moi rewards log in. The log in works on metro app but not on food basics.

Broken after update

The app broke after the update to Moi. It won’t go past the login screen. Super annoying, because that’s how I scan my card. It’s been like this for a while now, how come no one has fixed this yet? The app is unusable.

Integrate ability to place orders

It would be nice if one can also place orders within the app and checkout just like how other grocery store chain apps are.

Doesn’t work properly

The technology is just not cooperating with scanning the card, always issues. Whoever worked on the project needs better IT skills. Integration is not there.
