Field service app greatly appreciated

Students remain after removing
Issues with students list not updating. Students appear randomly. For example, do not visit show up as students? Then, when I remove the student status, days later the status is back as student? I show 142 students! In fact, they are not home, do not visit, not interested, etc. I have an iPhone and iPad using iCloud. I think there is a glitch in the cloud share that reverses upload and download functionality.Hx dude
