Issues with students list not updating. Students appear randomly. For example, do not visit show up as students? Then, when I remove the student status, days later the status is back as student? I show 142 students! In fact, they are not home, do not visit, not interested, etc. I have an iPhone and iPad using iCloud. I think there is a glitch in the cloud share that reverses upload and download functionality.

I can keep track of my hours and make sure I complete all my hours in time. It’s very useful and I love when I put my hours in and I see that it’s all green, it’s very motivating! This is helped me so much to stay on track as a regular pioneer. I truly love the time planning aspect of it. It helps me make my schedule with ease. Sometimes I have some challenges entering RV information and knowing how to make RV notes, but I'm sure that is just user error since I am not the most tech savvy. This app is such a great service tracking app. It helps me so much much!
I have tried a number of field service apps and I always come back to this one for its simplicity and ease of use. Updating the app with the new adjustments to reporting time was very prompt and made it easy to keep using the app. It also can be linked to NW Publisher.
I love the timer function, so I was very happy to purchase the Watch app and have it so accessible. It’s a relief to be able to sync my time among my devices, regardless of which one I’m using. Although the Watch app has a price attached to it, it’s worth it
I ran into a problem with the syncing from my Watch to my other devices and contacting the developer from within the app was so easy. The response was quick, thorough and on point. because this one is free, so it’s like getting two for one if you use both.

They are constantly updating the app. For organizing territories is great! I imagine it’s better if you have city territory but works really well for rural territory. It’s a bit confusing to get to it at the beginning but once you read the manual and try it at home, IT’S WONDERFUL! I love that you can change the data you have entered, choose colors, keep your time organized. The only thing it will be great if the time under the 📎 can be added to your report.

Settings > Attach comments to the report.This is my favorite app for counting my hours in service. It is very easy to use. It has a nice interface and is very user friendly. It’s also customizable which I appreciate. But my favorite part is the widgets!! I love being able to see the daily text and the new publications at a glance on my Home Screen :)
