Bought the 2 speakers & bass player for $400 on clearance. Love the sounds & well made speakers.
Terrible terrible terrible
Read the reviews here. 3 years later I’m having the same problems which make the speakers useless. It doesn’t matter how good the speakers are if they don’t connect. The app is beyond awful. I have never written a review this bad about any product before. DO NOT BUY! A complete waste of money. I also notice that unlike some other developers there is no response to the comments here. To add insult to injury the faq in the app only goes to an ad to buy other products… haha dream on!

Amazing Surrounds
We Have Had Our Two Audio Pro Speakers & Bass Player Now For A Couple Of Years. The App Is Useless Unless You Have A Decent WiFi Extender. Frustrating & Annoying To Connect Speaker System If You Have A Single Cheaper Extender. We Spent $600 In The End On 3x WiFi Extenders That Came In A Package. Since Purchasing The New Extenders Our Audio App Works A Treat And Connects Effortlessly. Honestly Waste Of Money & Time Unless You Have Descent Extenders. Audio Pro Speakers Are Amazing Sounds, Look Great & Way Better Sounds With The Bass. Bluetooth Wireless Are Not As Good As Wired WiFi. We Love The App & Speaker’s 5 Stars…We Have Ours In Our Small Kitchen. Couldn’t Get Them To Work Well On Our Modern Tv As The Soundbar Sounds Way Better For That But Great For Spotify etc….

App does not maintain connection
SO ANNOYING to have to keep resetting up my speakers that have already been connected. App times out while playing and I cannot get past the “add speaker” even though it’s running and connected. ZERO control over it despite a strong WiFi connection. HORRIBLE.

My speaker arrived, I installed the app, I used the app to put the speaker on AirPlay and am now listening to some rockin tunes on the speaker via AirPlay.

This awful app degrades the experience of these speakers. Just stuck on a screen that says I’m not on WiFi. Other phones in the house work and I’m on WiFi.

Wow, total dumpster fire
I bought my C10 a while ago and the app wasn’t great but I got it working and didn’t really use it again, just using the apple icon to switch to it over Airplay.
It would often fail to listen for Airplay and I’d have to restart the speaker so I thought maybe there was a firmware update and got the new app.
I wish I had left it alone.
There is no new firmware so the speaker won’t be any more stable. The app itself is one of the worst dumpster fires I’ve encountered on the App Store.
Blank help pages, “change fail” messages, having to restore the speaker to factory settings, failures to connect, the app says it can’t connect then asks me to cancel so I do and then it says it connected ok, then it looks like it’s connected but I can’t play anything and it can’t change the input source.
It’s difficult to describe because it’s hard to explain something as terrible as this.
I can’t even criticise it for specific things because there are major issues everywhere.
I wouldn’t buy another AudioPro anything and if even if I can get this working again (doubtful) I’ll probably just sell it and get something decent.

Absolutely atrocious app
Completely unusable, I’ve spent the better part of 2 hours attempting to connect my C5A to WiFi. I’m convinced that it can’t be done. I even bought an Ethernet cable to wire it into my network and the app just refuses to attempt a connection when the Ethernet is in. Please fix the app, I want to use my speaker to the fullest.
