Edulink made my life hell
So technically i wake up one morning eating my cookie crisp then i check my phone to see that i got 5 behaviour points for saying bogies and pumpkin in maths . Then when my mum found out the inner demon inside choked me to death
I couldnt talk or i would get smacked in mars.i go into school barely ate any of my cereal so i was mardy and my stupid ahhh teacher goes ooooo someone is in a bad mood then i said THATS IT I HAVE HAD ENOUGH EEENOUGH i flipped out i grabbed my makes tea spilled it over her and said go away you tastless vegetable and i walked out. The next morning i check my phone 1589 behaviour points for what i did yesterday DIOBOLICAL. Then i hear my name getting called and next thing you know jesus is by my side.

ITS FINE I GUESS
honestly it's fine. my skl used it and it does show how many behaviour points and achievement points i have. it doesn't show who gave u a behaviour point but honestly its fine. like idk why its got so many bad reviews its honestly fine
Edulink made my parents get a divorce
I wake up at 6AM and check my phone to see a message from my friend saying ‘bro we are cooked’ the teacher from maths that i had yesterday had given the whole class a behaviour point for one kid messing about. Just on que my mother burts in and says ‘OPHELIA WHY DO YOU HAVE A BEHAVIOUR POINT’ and she actually ascends and gets devil wings and starts to throw fire at me and then my dad goes in and says ‘WHAT THE FLIP’ and then my mother goes insane and starts to scream and then my dad says ‘IM DIVORCING YOU WHAT THE FLIP’ and my cat gets hit with fire and dies. So i leave and go to school because if my attendance gets any lower i will get fined and i will sob bcs i will loose my phone for that so i go to school and my teachers forget to mark me in so they fine me and and then when i get home my mother had calmed down but when she hears about the fine she starts to go crazy again and try go on a killing spree but the police find her and kill her so death did them part but my father didnt want to still be married to her so he divorces her dead body and then at court they want me to live with my mother but i explain shes dead but they dont care so they put me in her coffin and i die all because of this app

I’m a student who uses this app the app on Safari is ok, but it takes me a while to log in. Thus, I go to the app to get things done faster, sometimes, when I press my school it loads instantly, but it can also take a while which means it means an update… until now. When I clicked on my school once again today, it took a while, so I went to check if there was an update but there was none, I went back and refreshed the application, but it still didn't log me in. I took a long time trying to figure out how to get it working again, but I had a tight schedule, so I had to use the website on Google which, as I said before, takes a while. Therefore, my schedule was confusing, and I had to go through the same slow process through the website every day.
Conclusion:
This app would be just fine if you could get this problem fixed, so please do so as soon as you can.

Abysmal
I have to log in every time - if you want that please hook it up to faceid. Pressing any button has a long loading time and it’s not clear you’ve actually tapped a link so you end up tapping it a few times wondering if you hit the touch target. There is no caching so pressing a back button takes you through the same loading journey again. Some icons lead to sections that don’t load any information - this may be because the school isn’t using that feature of the app - in that case don’t show me the icon!
This has got to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. A few small UX tweaks would take this from abysmal to acceptable.

Buggy and keeps logging out. Achievement points hit and miss
My daughter is getting frustrated with the achievement summary. She gets lots of House Points and Merits. However despite getting in system messages detailing the awards they don’t always appear on the summary.
Just wish it had the ability to stay logged in. You go to open a message and then have to totally close app and reopen to be able to get message.
Messages quite often display you have unopened messages when there are none.
Font far too small on mobile devices

absolutely disgraceful
EduLink One is an absolute disaster waiting to happen! It’s like a digital monster lurking in the shadows, ready to pounce and ruin our lives. The interface is a chaotic mess, making it feel like you’re navigating a labyrinth designed to confuse and frustrate. When it crashes—because it always does—it’s like the world is ending! The sheer anxiety of trying to get anything done while it lags is unbearable. And good luck finding help when things go wrong; it’s like shouting into a void! Honestly, I’d give it a 1-star rating because it feels like it could literally drive us to the brink of madness and ruin our educational experience entirely!

Horrible do not get
This app is appalling for many different reasons. First of all, I pressed stay signed in, but it didn't even work.... Secondly, the appearance is just bad, you arent able to change the background or rearrange any of the click boxes. And finally, when were any of these stupid edu things even good?

I don’t know why everyone is so negative. This app is fine there is norging wrong with it and whenever I check my achievements and behaviour points it tell me the total so I don’t have to count them. It runs smoothly always updates when I spend money or get a point so why is everyone such negative nancys!

I HAVE TO MANY GOOGLE TABS
Whenever I try to log in I have to login with google which would be fine but it sends me to the chrome app opens a new tab then sends me straight back to EduLink. I now have 17 tabs open and 10 of them are just signing in to EduLink. Please can all schools just find a better alternative.
