Don’t complain here, write to your school. We are not WisPay’s customers, our schools are and as long as our schools are unaware of the absolute dogdirt product, their paid supplier is providing, they won’t seek an alternative.
No one has ever downloaded this app because they want to. We’ve had to because our schools have been sold a lie.
Shame on you Wise Pay and Community Brands. Your app is barely usable whilst your website sings your own praises. You do not believe your “customers deserve the absolute best we can give”. You believe that cynically serving the school’s finance department will relieve you of any obligation to your users. You are an insult to British innovation and technology.
Spend some money on this app before another American tech company steps in.
