How our Landlords can use the app: - View rental details and recent activity of their properties - Understand the key actions required - View and download previous rental statements and other stored documents - Make payments* - Approvals on maintenance work How our Tenants can use the app: - View rental details and recent activity of their current tenancy - Understand the key actions required - Report an issue with their rental property - View and download stored documents (i.e. Tenancy Agreement) - Make payments* *Payments can be made using debit or credit cards using a secure payment gateway.
