Tried removing and reloaded app - nothing happens bar telling me my server is not working - frustrating as a tenant, when it did work it was really goodsandmanjono
Cannot Connect To Server
The App does not work, error message appears stating it cannot connect to server and asks to check network connection which is fine.GrahamNL
So frustrating and unreliable
Firstly, when this app works, it’s great. It means you have a relatively simple method of raising issues with the letting agent that means you can upload photos etc quickly and easily... In theory that is! The app works about 10% of the time. Mostly it crashes, kicks you out of the process and dumps you back at the start, won’t let you edit text fields (that usually results in a crash) and is generally really frustrating. I’ve been trying for an hour to log a fault with a kitchen appliance and have now just given up - I will have to try and call someone in the morning - which is not even close to the first time this has happened.Show lesspetehall1811
Great but not currently working
Very helpful app and has been working fine for some months but for last 3 weeks has not worked at all. Every time I try to open it says it can’t get internet but all my other apps work fine with the internet and in anycase it could use data to open. That’s not helpful.Sunshine1vc2
