Fun, Cute, BUT FAIL!
Really like the holiday concept, the different things you can do…but after the first few things you can do you have to wait long periods of time to meet objectives with multiple things needing either a lot of the same thing or multiple buildings needing the same thing…like I said, after your few objectives I’m having to wait like 3 hours in hopes of getting items I need to finish a construction while I have 5 other buildings just sleeping. NO ONE IS GOING TO STAY WITH THIS GAME AFTER THE HOLIDAYS ARE OVER HERE IN A COUPLE WEEKS. Seems like a developer figured they could ripoff everyone for the holiday. The one time a year about love, family, giving, joy but Nooooo…your just going to steal peoples money. Can you say GREEDY, SELFISH THIEF.

Items missing
I have been playing this game since last year. With the recent update I lost plantable items like iron and anything beyond that. I even erased and renown loaded hoping a new game would bring those items back. It did not. I can’t play a game that does not provide the items needed to produce things for orders. I have sent emails asking for help but do not get a response.

This update sucks
I had put so much more material in to what I did in Santa’s house already and I even had one room completed and now they are all back at the start ?!? What the hell ?!?
And I’m missing farming plots and things I had planted !!!!

Hi, I love this game but with the recent update there are several things that no longer work! I already submitted this to Help & Support. There are 2 crops that no longer appear as options to plant i.e iron. The musical bush, magical stone and lightening rod cannot be collected from. Please fix! This is such a cute & relaxing game to play at Christmastime!

Just started playing and like it so far, but in santa’s house the settings button is directly over the exit button and I can’t leave.

After th recent update, you can no longer do like half of the things in the app. It makes it not worth it
Surveys rip you off
Don’t trust the surveys or this developer. I just spent almost half an hour filling out dozens of surveys that were supposed to get me “up to 113 candies” and then the surveys were accepted but upon returning to the game I was given nothing. After giving up a massive amount of my feedback, opinions, consumer information and repetitive demographic information I don’t appreciate the developer making zero effort to ensure that someone who invests so much time into getting him paid gets nothing in return. What makes me even angrier is that the developer chose to use “mail” for the reporting mechanism so if you already have the gmail app on your phone, that also errors out as it conflicts with your gmail account and then your long message to the developer that could have been private was lost. This is insulting. I’ve watched a lot of ads for you. It’s rude.

Needs an update!
This game was a great pastime game until it just went stale. There’s no ability to purchase land anymore, Santa’s house is complete and no option to improve any buildings. I’ve got all these tools to improve land and buildings but it seams this game has been abandoned by the developer. Oh, and the count of the kids is at 18 but I only get 16 every time. I found this game better than smurf village but if there’s no update soon I’ll have to delete this game and go back to the smurfs 😕
