Essential Tool to Workout Tracking
I love to track my lifting workouts to keep a record and to track progress. Best app I have found for that. So easy to use and so simple. No extra bull****. Does exactly what it needs to do with no extra fluff. LOVE THIS APP

Love this app! Since starting my fitness journey, I've been on the hunt for an app that accurately tracks my progress with different exercises. Journaling my detailed fitness notes (reps, weights etc) in a notebook can be tedious and honestly not so gym friendly. However, with this app I can record everything right there while simultaneously listening to my music instead of pulling out a notebook/pen. I LOVE THIS APP! I HIGHLY suggest it for everyone in all levels of personal fitness journeys/lifestyles.
