Additional widgets are now available to help you keep track of your current Workout Plan.
Just completed my first official workout with this new program and I can’t recommend this highly enough! Having been a bodybuilder for many years and competed in the East Coast bodybuilding championships in 1988 it means the world to me to have a program that I can track my progress and have a good variety of exercises already included with the option to add custom exercises as I desire. If you’re serious about your health and want to get a great start for the new year, jump on board, you won’t be disappointed! I sincerely wish all of you, my brothers and sisters, a happy, healthy and prosperous new year!
