Canโt login
I keep trying to do mobile authentication and I get all the way to the login methods but not a single one works. Every time I try, the app says the service is โtemporarily unavailable,โ but this problem has persisted for the past four days.
App crashing
The app crashes whenever I try to log in, making using mobile banking impossible. Iโve done many steps, such as rebooting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app and it still wonโt work
Locked out of my account with no access to customer service
Have been locked out of the app with no option to contact any kind of customer service to fix it. Garbage app, avoid where possible. On another note why does ShinHan need so many apps..:
Not very good at all
Agree with previous reviewers that the app is not very good at all. Constantly waiting for the spinning wheel of doom to stop.
English app works once, then you have to delete and reinstall
This app works once, and then I have to delete it, reinstall it and go through tedious login process again.

Last update = no login
I can no longer login. I checked and see it was just updated. I know the English version probably isnโt a Shinhan priority but I hope they fix it soon.
Garbage
This app is garbage. Iโm pretty sure the developers only tested this on the latest IPhone model. Because of this, if you have an older model many numbers and displays are cut off to the point of being barely visible. What is visible usually looks bad. Right now I have an IPhone 10 and it is not possible for me to transfer money because the number for my security card is not displayed.
