Frustrating Authentication
After the newest update authentication feels impossible. Will have to go into a branch to have them help me. Have tried phone number, ARC card, passport etc etc authentication methods. Continuously refuses picture verification. Says information submitted from ARC, Bank security card etc are incorrect. Canโt log in at all

This app is terrible
It will not let me log in regardless of which option I choose. Even if I change the language it remains in English. Buggy and not working well at all which is bad when you need to access your own money.

App is FULL of bugs that prevent basic functionality, especially on the English side.

This app is very useful. But I need to improve the speed when using the app. After update, itโs quite low now.
It's gotten so slow
I honestly love Shinhan Bank because of the professional, courteous service I have received since opening my account in 2009. I had another bank before that where I struggled just to withdraw money from the ATM. Shinhan has accommodated my limited Korean ability with a free translation phone center, ATMs in English, and usually at least one teller who can communicate with me. Finally, the banking app came out in English. At first, the app was a bit inconvenient because it didn't offer all of the services that the Korean one did. However, now I can do many things on the English app that the Korean app does. This is essential because every time the Korean app was updated, I had to learn how to use it all over again. Over the last few months, the app has gotten slow and unresponsive. It takes a long time just for the login screen to come up and it often crashes after that finally appears. I then go to the Korean app but regular disuse has absolutely decayed any Korean banking vocabulary I had. I had to go to the bank to transfer money the other day. They didn't know what was wrong with the app. I transferred money in person but I would like to know if this new experience is affecting more than just me. This review is quite long-winded, but it's the only review on the app...I keep hoping for an update to alleviate the problem.
